1. Overview

ASSY BRUSH is a fully assembled suction head assembly, with a rotating brush or rotating roller, usually located at the head of the vacuum cleaner. This part combines air suction and mechanical movement of the brush to deeply clean surfaces such as floors, carpets, curtains or upholstery.

2. Increase cleaning efficiency

When the motor in the suction head is operating, the brush shaft rotates at high speed to sweep, fluff and pull dust, hair or trash off the floor surface. At the same time, the strong suction air will bring all dirt into the cyclone assembly for processing. Thanks to this combination, cleaning efficiency is optimized, especially on dusty or lint-covered surfaces.

3. Multi-surface cleaning

ASSY BRUSH is designed flexibly, can change the brush type or rotation speed depending on the floor type:

- Soft brush: used for wooden or plastic floors, avoid scratches.

- Hard brush: used for carpets or upholstery, helps to remove dust deep in the fabric fibers.

- Mixed brush: multi-purpose use for many different types of surfaces.

4. Prevent hair tangles and prevent jamming

Some ASSY BRUSH models are equipped with a self-unwinding mechanism or integrated cutting groove, helping users to easily remove stuck hair and fabric fibers. This design reduces maintenance time and prevents brush jamming, helping the machine operate more stably.

5. Stable suction air guide

The aerodynamic design of the ASSY BRUSH helps direct the air flow evenly to the suction port, reducing pressure loss and maintaining effective suction power. This helps the machine operate quietly, save energy and ensure stable cleaning ability on all types of floors.
