The CYCLONE ASSY is a fully assembled component cluster that separates dust and air by centrifugal force before the air passes through the main filter (HEPA filter). This is one of the most important parts in the dust extraction system, directly affecting the suction performance, filter durability and the ability to maintain stable suction of the machine.

2. Creating a vortex (Cyclonic Flow)

When dust-laden air enters the cyclone chamber, it is guided in a spiral orbit around the axis, creating a strong centrifugal force. Thanks to that:

→ Large dust and debris particles are thrown out and fall into the dust bin.

→ Cleaner air continues to rise and is filtered through an intermediate filter or HEPA filter to remove fine dust.

3. Effective dust separation

The cyclone cluster is capable of removing 70% to 90% of coarse dust before the air reaches the main filter. This helps reduce the load on the filter, limit clogging, prolong the life of the filter and maintain stable suction for a long time.

4. Maintain stable air flow

Thanks to the optimal aerodynamic design, the cyclone cluster ensures that the incoming and outgoing air flows smoothly, without pressure buildup or blockage. This helps the machine maintain stable suction power, reduce energy loss and increase cleaning efficiency.

5. Easy to disassemble and maintain

ASSY CYCLONE is usually designed with a twist-lock or click lock mechanism, allowing users to easily disassemble it for periodic cleaning without the need for specialized tools. This design makes maintenance convenient, while ensuring dust filtration efficiency is always at the highest level.
