1. Overview

The Drain Pump Assembly is a fully assembled drain pump assembly, including the pump motor, pump impeller, pump body, pipe connector and protective housing (housing). This part plays an important role in draining all water out of the washing drum after each washing or spinning cycle, ensuring that the water is drained quickly and completely before moving on to the next stage.

2. Drain pump

When receiving a control signal from the main circuit board (PCB), the pump assembly motor starts to rotate, causing the impeller to create pressure and push water out through the drain pipe. This process helps the washing machine remove all waste water after each cycle, preparing for the spinning or drying stage.

3. Prevent water from overflowing

The internal structure of the ASSY PUMP DRAIN has a special pump blade combined with a one-way valve, which helps prevent water from flowing back into the washing drum when the machine stops working. This mechanism not only ensures effective drainage but also prevents stagnation or overflow, causing damage to clothes and components.

4. Maintain stable discharge pressure

The aero-hydrodynamic design of the pump chamber and water pipes is optimized to maintain a stable discharge flow, reduce vibration and limit noise during operation. This helps the washing machine operate more smoothly and durably.

5. Protect electronic components

ASSY PUMP DRAIN is usually located at the bottom of the machine, where the environment is humid and easily exposed to water. Therefore, the unit is equipped with a water-tight protective cover to prevent electrical leakage, protect the motor from moisture, and prolong the life of the entire electrical system inside the washing machine.
